Do I need to take anything with me

No - all tools and materials with be provided. It is recommended that you wear safety boots

How long will the class last

The class with start at about 9 am and end about 4.30 pm

Will I gain a qualification at the end of the class

No - the class is non-accredite

What is the objective of the class

The class will allow you to develop your own woodworking skills using traditional hand tools

Who can attend this class

This class is designed for anyone who wishes to learn about basic woodworking techniques, tool and materials selection allowing you to construct your own projects

Why should I take this class?

This course is designed for anyone with no or little knowledge of woodworking but would like to gain an understanding of the basic techniques to improve their practical skills using traditional tools

How will I learn?

Through tutor demonstrations and hands-on practical experience during the day

What are the entry requirements?

A general interest in mastering the basics of woodworking

What are the study methods?

Your tutor will offer demonstrations on techniques, have question and answer sessions and building your own project

How shall I dress for the class?

Wear casual clothes. You may get dirty. We recommend that you wear safety boots. Aprons will be provided
